Cloudy Blue Shake

Serve 1 | Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 90ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk Unsweetened 
  • 20ml Non-Dairy Cream
  • 30ml Honey
  • 4g Blue Spirulina Powder
  • 100g Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream
  • 40g Avocado Almond Puree
  • 150g Crushed Ice
  • Whipped Cream (Garnish)
Avocado Almond Puree:
  • 50g Avocado
  • 20ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 10ml Non-Dairy Cream
  • 10ml Honey
  • 1g Matcha Powder

Method:

  1. Combine avocado, non-dairy cream, honey, matcha powder and UFC Velvet Almond Milk Unsweetened in a blender and blend until smooth to prepare avocado almond puree.
  2. Combine non-dairy cream, honey, blue spirulina powder, UFC Velvet Almond Milk Unsweetened, Hokkaido milk ice cream and crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth to prepare smoothie.
  3. Scoop avocado almond puree to the bottom of a serving glass, garnish aside the inside of the prepared glass with whipped cream. Pour smoothie and serve.

Organic Tomato Kale Risotto

Serves 1 - 2 | Preparation Time: 45 mins

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add enough Naturel Organic EVOO to coat the bottom of the pan.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the arborio rice and stir to coat in the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice is slightly translucent.
  4. Gradually add the broth, one ladleful at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each addition to be absorbed before adding the next.*
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in one jar of Naturel Organic Tomato Kale sauce until fully incorporated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  8. Serve the risotto in bowls, drizzling it with Naturel Organic Basil EVOO and topping it with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

*This process should take about 20-25 minutes.
