
Creamy Sundried Tomato Pesto Fried Eggs

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Naturel Organic Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 1-2 tablespoons cream (use light cooking cream for a healthier touch)
- 4 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Bread, to serve
Method:
- In a nonstick pan, spread the Naturel Sundried Tomato Pesto into a circle and cook over a medium heat. When it starts sizzling, drizzle in the cream and cook until everything is bubbling.
- When the edges of the cream have turned golden brown, crack the eggs in and continue cooking until the whites are cooked but the yolks are runny. Top with salt, if desired, and serve with bread.
