Organic Tomato Kale Risotto

Serves 1 - 2 | Preparation Time: 45 mins

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add enough Naturel Organic EVOO to coat the bottom of the pan.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the arborio rice and stir to coat in the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice is slightly translucent.
  4. Gradually add the broth, one ladleful at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each addition to be absorbed before adding the next.*
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in one jar of Naturel Organic Tomato Kale sauce until fully incorporated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  8. Serve the risotto in bowls, drizzling it with Naturel Organic Basil EVOO and topping it with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

*This process should take about 20-25 minutes.
